Solent sailor joins the Dragons

Yachtsman Ian Budgen, based in Hamble in the south of England, will join the Green Dragon squad for leg four of the Volvo Ocean Race, replacing Damian Foxall, who is stepping down for the leg from Singapore to Qindao.
